SharkBite Max female center slip tees are designed with a slip feature allowing up to two inches of pipe to be cut out of an exiting line. They are ideal for adding an expansion tank to an existing line. The slip end is only compatabie with copper or CPVC pipe. The non-slip end is compatible with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT or HDPE SDR-9.
