American-Made: Our Story

In today’s market, some brands are moving their manufacturing to the US for the first time, while others are working hard to keep it here.

At RWC, we have a different story. Our onshore manufacturing started in 1912 when Cash Acme, part of our family of brands, started producing plumbing valves. Now more than 100 years later, our US production also includes the SharkBite and HoldRite brands, multiple product categories, and a manufacturing campus in Cullman, AL, that is continuing to expand.

Products You Can Trust

Manufacturing SharkBite, HoldRite and Cash Acme products in the US allows us to maintain total control over the process, from sourcing raw materials to assembly and packaging. Our Cullman plant comprises four manufacturing facilities, all equipped with advanced and highly specialized robotic equipment and technological processes for each brand and product category. For example, our assembly machines are each equipped with cameras and measurement sensors, which detect flaws and reject imperfect products.

Because of our investment in American manufacturing, we can spend less time re-shoring our products and more time advancing our product quality, fostering innovation and most importantly– improving the lives of our customers. That’s our mission, and it’s why we’re strengthening our technology, providing more American-made product categories than ever before.
